Control Green Services

Services

Monitoring Services

  • Basic Monitoring provides a multitude of inquiries to the user. They display current and historical information relative to the observed conditions, by floor, where the DDC devices (thermostats) are located.

After signing on with a user name and password, the first screen presented is the Dashboard. It shows the screen selections available to the operator, an overview of the property with status of doors and heating/cooling, as well as a “instant view” of EMS Demand Control Status.
  • Extended Monitoring gives the user the ability to devise unique interrogations of the extensive data being collected by Control Green. Such queries might include, for example, "give me all the rooms in which the cooling system ran when it was below 60 degrees outside".

Another example might be "give me the number of hours of HVAC runtime when the difference between set and actual temperatures was greater than 6 degrees". These queries require significant processing and, in many cases, significant delay to qualify and assimilate the information.

Control Services

  • Basic Controls provides the customer with the capability to initiate commands to the DDC devices (thermostats) on the hotel property.
  • Extended Controls provides the ability for the system to make changes (commands) to the various in-room devices throughout the entire property based on pre-determined conditions.

Scheduling Controls provides the ability for the customer to pre-schedule changes (commands), to the various in-room devices throughout the property.

Alarms Service provides a number of predefined conditions which, if they occur, will result in an “alarm” being generated by the system. These notices can be delivered to the user via their choice of text or email, or automatically reported to a Work Order Management System, such as M-Tech’s HotSOS.
